INGREDIENTS:

2 uncooked chicken breasts, cut into cubes

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1 can Rotel tomatoes and peppers, drained

1 can corn, drained

1 can black beans, drained

1 bag tortilla chips

8 oz grated cheddar cheese

¼ cup Hoff’s Mean Green Hot Sauce

Toppings of your choice: red onion, fresh or pickled jalapenos, tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream, cilantro

DIRECTIONS:

1:
In a crock pot add cubed chicken breast, cream of chicken soup, Rotel tomatoes, corn, and black beans.

Cook in crock pot on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 or more hours.

When the crock pot mixture is finished, preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Lay out tortilla chips on a baking sheet and cover them with the crock pot mixture.

Sprinkle with cheese and bake in oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.

Remove from oven and top with Hoff’s Mean Green Hot Sauce.

Add your preferred toppings such as red onion, jalapenos, tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream, and cilantro.
