This savory twist on a classic dish features his Smoken Ghost Ketchup, which adds a smoky kick that's sure to satisfy your taste buds. This hearty and delicious meal is easy to make and a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

INGREDIENTS:

½ teaspoon of pepper

1 teaspoon of salt

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 medium onion

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 pound ground beef

½ cup frozen peas

1 egg, beaten

¾ cup breadcrumbs

½ cup Hoff’s Smoken Ghost Ketchup

4 medium russet potatoes

¼ cup butter

¼ cup milk

¼ cup grated cheddar

DIRECTIONS:

1:
Chop onion and garlic, place olive oil into a pan, and sauté.

Take a bowl and mix your ground beef, peas, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and Smoken Ghost Ketchup.

Place parchment paper into the loaf pan and pack the meat mixture into the pan.

4:
Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

5:
Place peeled potatoes in boiling water until tender and then drain the water.

6:
Add pepper, salt, cheese, butter, and milk into potatoes; then mash them until smooth.

7:
Spread mashed potatoes onto meatloaf evenly; bake at 400° for 10 more minutes.

Garnish with chives (Optional)
